For event agencies and organizers, catapullt provides a user-friendly software for managing guest lists and contacts.
The software supports pre-event workflow processes such as sending invitations via (importable) email distribution lists and managing RSVPs. Guest-related information can also be stored, including:
- Plus ones
- Previously attended events
- Tags (industry group, likes, dislikes, etc.)
At any time, users can choose to be guided step-by-step through the application, thus ensuring maximum ease of use. A dashboard provides all relevant information at a glance. Event participants can communicate via email or the internal task management (delegation) system.
Accreditation works both online and offline and lets you track the current status of each invited guest at several accreditation terminals during the event. A "Quick View" feature allows guests to be found quickly in the database upon arrival for seating chart printing or for making on-the-spot changes to plus-one information or noting guest feedback during an event.
